
About Julian Gooden
Filmmaker. Storyteller.
Julian started his filmmaking career in comedy where he worked as an editor and 2nd unit director on shows like Shaq's All-Star Comedy Jam and Kevin Hart: Laugh at My Pain. He shifted into sports in 2012 when he started working as producer, shooter and editor for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Julian earned 6 Los Angeles area Emmy Awards with the Dodgers before leaving in 2019 to join the NFL. He spent 3 years with the NFL earning 10 Sports Emmy Award Nominations and winning 3. Julian currently works at ESPN producing and directing content for E60 and ESPN Films. In his first year with the company, Julian's work received 2 National Sports Emmy Awards.
